Helpdesk Services

Technical assistance and troubleshooting are provided for eFaas, GEMS, and all other applications developed and managed by Maldives Digital Service. Services are accessible on official working days from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Immediate support is delivered for services requested via email, phone, or reception, with an initial response to queries provided within 1 working day and a resolution target of 7 days.
